Orders

All orders for future pickup will be booked subject to crop conditions, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our control.

Terms

An application for credit may be obtained from our Credit Department or your Sales Representative.  Please allow 10 business days to process an application prior to shipment with terms.  We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card payments.  Delinquent accounts are placed on COD terms until the account is made current and will be charged interest of 1.5% on past due balance.

Pricing

Prices shown do not include freight costs. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Claims

All claims for shortages or unsatisfactory material must be noted on the shipping document and faxed, e-mailed, or mailed within 5 days after receipt of shipment. We will try to settle all discrepancies to the satisfaction of our customers.

Shipping

Orders may be picked up by your truck or common carrier. Please give 48-hour advance notice for out-of-state loads.
