This calculator has been created to help you estimate the amount of space needed to ship your order. This is the same calculation that we use when determining required footage. This reference table shows you how many units each container size requires. The footage is based on 180 units per foot regardless of the length of the trailer. We calculate that each unit weighs 4.5 pounds. Please remember that this is just an estimate. The actual feet and weight may vary.
